Everything You Need to Know
From booking logistics to Jewish heritage tours, shore excursions to luxury experiences — your questions, answered honestly.
Every tour we design is fully private and built from scratch for your group alone — no strangers, no rigid bus schedules, no compromises. We are licensed local guides with deep roots in Morocco, specializing in three areas most companies overlook: Jewish heritage, cruise shore excursions, and genuine luxury travel. Our itineraries reflect who you are, not a template. We do not offer group tours, and we never will.
Absolutely private. When you book with us, the vehicle, the guide, and the entire day belong exclusively to you and your party. You set the pace, choose where to linger, and decide what to skip. There are no other guests, no shared commentary, and no waiting for strangers. Total flexibility from the moment we meet you to the moment we say goodbye.
Yes — and it is one of our core specialties. We have extensive experience working with cruise schedules in both Tangier and Casablanca. We monitor your ship's arrival time, meet you at the terminal, and design every itinerary with your departure time as the non-negotiable anchor. Returning you to the ship on time is our top priority. We have never missed a departure, and we intend to keep it that way.
Jewish heritage tours are one of our deepest specializations. We can focus on specific cities — Tangier, Casablanca, Marrakech, or Fes — or design a multi-day journey across all of them. We visit synagogues, mellahs, cemeteries, and museums with the historical depth and cultural sensitivity these sites deserve. For families tracing ancestry, we can provide logistical support for archive research and introductions to local community contacts. Kosher-friendly logistics are available on request.
Every tour includes a licensed private guide, a luxury vehicle with a professional driver, bottled water throughout the day, and a fully customized itinerary. Entrance fees, meals, and accommodations are quoted separately so you see exactly what you are paying for — no hidden charges, no surprises. We provide a detailed, itemized quote before you confirm anything.
We recommend booking 2 to 4 weeks in advance, particularly during peak travel seasons (March through May and September through November). For larger groups, multi-day itineraries, or helicopter tours, earlier is always better. That said, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests — if you are already in Morocco or your ship just docked, reach out and we will see what we can arrange.
Yes, and we take this seriously. Whether you require wheelchair-accessible vehicles, mobility-conscious routing through medinas, halal or kosher meals, vegetarian or allergy-specific dining, or any other consideration — simply let us know at the time of booking. We plan every detail in advance so nothing is left to chance on the day of your tour.
Tangier and Casablanca are our home bases, but our reach extends across all of Morocco. We organize private tours in Marrakech, Fes, Rabat, Chefchaouen, Asilah, the Sahara Desert, the Atlas Mountains, and beyond. For longer itineraries, we can design multi-day journeys that connect multiple cities and regions into a seamless, curated experience.
Morocco is widely regarded as one of the safest and most welcoming countries in the Arab world for Jewish travelers. The country has a long, continuous history of Jewish life — Jewish communities have lived here for over 2,000 years — and the Moroccan government actively preserves and promotes Jewish heritage sites. King Mohammed VI has been a consistent advocate for interfaith dialogue and Jewish-Moroccan history. We have guided hundreds of Jewish travelers and heritage groups without incident, and we take every precaution to ensure your comfort and safety at every step.
We accept secure online payments and international bank transfers. A deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance due before or on the day of your tour. For cancellations made 14 or more days before your tour date, we offer a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days are subject to a partial fee, which is outlined clearly in your booking confirmation. Full details are provided with every quote.
Yes. If you prefer to explore independently and simply need reliable, comfortable transportation, our private driver service is available without a guide. Our drivers are professional, punctual, and knowledgeable about routes and logistics. This option is popular with repeat visitors to Morocco who know the cities well and prefer to set their own agenda with the freedom of a private vehicle.
Our primary guides are fluent in English, French, and Arabic. Spanish and Hebrew-speaking guides are available with advance notice — please mention your language preference when you inquire. For Russian-speaking travelers, we also have a dedicated guide available. We want every guest to feel fully at ease, and language is the foundation of that connection.
